Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace a 14-year-old girl who is missing from the Ivybridge area.

Officers are extremely concerned for the welfare of Abigail Moseley who was last seen at home around 10.45pm yesterday , Thursday, March 2.

Police are conducting local searches around the Ivybridge and South Hams areas, plus on nearby Dartmoor.

The public are being urged to look out for Abigail and to immediately report any sightings to police via 999.

Abigail is described as around 5ft 5ins tall, of slim build with shoulder length brown hair. She may be wearing a blue/turquoise jacket with a hood and carrying a blue rucksack.

Anyone who sees Abigail or knows of her whereabouts is asked to call police on 999, quoting log number 107 of 03/03/17.
