New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of South Hams’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them both.

The Odd Wheel Pub, a pub, bar or nightclub at The Odd Wheel, Knighton Road, Wembury was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on July 12.

And Costa Coffee Ltd, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Costa Coffee, The Ship, The Promenade, Kingsbridge was also given a score of five on July 2.
