All outpatients for today, Monday, March19, have been postponed, along with all non-urgent elective and day case procedures. Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust will be contacting patients to re-arrange these as soon as possible. Anyone with queries should ring the number on their appointment letter. The trust is asking any staff who are available to help fill gaps in rotas to report to the Bay View Restaurant in Torbay Hospital from 8am (and the Aroma Café on level 4 until then). All staff rostered for duty are asked to report for work as normal, if possible, and to let their line manager know if there are any issues.

The trust is running additional transport with volunteer 4x4 drivers to help transport staff in so it can continue to run critical services. The numbers for staff to call to arrange transport in are 01803 654681/655782.

The Rainbow Nursery remains open as normal.
