Dartmouth Foodbank was lucky enough to receive a generous donation of stock from a local business that closed down recently. This was as the result of somebody reading in the paper about the foodbank and its request for donations.

I have read about some larger stores not supporting this good cause, therefore it is nice to know that there are still good Samaritans out there.

It makes a change to hear something other than bad news in these trying financial times.
