EXPECT delays across Telegraph and Haldon Hill this rush-hour thanks to the winter weather.

The A38 west-bound is currently closed both ways from Great Haldon to the Kennford turn off and there is very heavy traffic due to snow on A380 Telegraph Hill. Vehicles have become stuck and road has been closed both ways.

Meanwhile it’s slow going both directions on the A38 leading up the Racecourse at Haldon as snow and fog add to the motoring misery
