Dart/Stoke ladies travelled to Ipplepen where they slipped to a 66-44 defeat – a disappointing result after a home win earlier in the season.
Rink one of A Wilson, P Dease and skip M Weedon never recovered from a six-shot loss on end seven, which seemed to give Ipplepen the confidence to carry on to achieve a 25-9 win.
A decisive five-shot gain on end 12 and again on end 15 turned the match in favour of rink two with A Sherlock, E French and skip G Bowden.
They went on to clinch a good 24-18 victory.
Rink three of M Burden, P Lamble and skip J Townsend were still just in touch at the tea interval, but a three-shot gain on the last 10 ends proved terminal and they went down to a 23-11 defeat.
Darts men played host to Stoke Fleming in the South Hams Triples League, but again slipped to a disappointing overall 44-34 defeat, despite winning on rink one.
Rink one of J Hawkins, T Deighton and skip R Swinden achieved a 12-2 advantage by the tea interval and never looked back, clinching a 20-10 win.
Rink two of J Bowden, T Taylor and skip B Brehout were outperformed by Stoke in this match, who bowled really well.
Stoke got off to an electric start, being 20-8 up at tea, and were never in danger thereafter, running out deserved winners 34-14.
