DARTMOUTH AFC were scheduled to visit Devon Football League leaders Alphington AFC on Saturday, January 4 but the fixture fell foul of a postponement.
An early pitch inspection from Alphington resulted in the decision due to a frozen pitch, further delaying Dartmouth’s first taste of action in 2025.
This game will now be played at a later date whilst Robbie Bowker’s side have a trio of games to look forward to for the rest of January.
Taking on the struggling duo of Plymstock United and Bere Alston United presents a golden opportunity for Dartmouth to get another six points under their belt, but first, they will host Elmore on January 11.
Elmore currently occupy 10th in the DFL standings, two places and five points behind Dartmouth, but with a game in hand on their next opponents.
Dartmouth are away at Bere Alston on the 18th before returning home to meet Plymstock on the 25th.
