Christmas Eve saw a few hardy members take on the National Trust Coleton Fishacre 5 or 10k run.

A very hilly , muddy but scenic run of 2 two laps for the 10k distance along the Coast path anf then finishing through the gardens of Coleton Fishacre.

Ali McGrigor and Marie Jones decided on just the 5k choice, Ali was first home and Marie was not far behind. Ian Sanders, Becca Hodge, Andy Jarrod took on the two laps for the 10k. Ian was first back followed by Andy Jarrold and Becca Hodge was very close on his heels

On December 9 it was the very muddy, hilly Cockington Christmas Caper eight-miler. Ian Sanders, James Prodger, Terry Wallis and Marie Jones took on the challenge.

James Prodger was the first home for Dartmouth in 1.04, Ian Sanders in 1.07.26, Terry Wallis was next in 1.26.25 and Marie Jones in 1.37.16.

On Saturday, November 4, Ali McGrigor did the first of the Series of Night Trail Runs, by Wild Night Running, this was at Haldon Forest 5k trail run, she completed this in 27.13, a PB for this race and also won her age category of V50. Saturday, December 2, saw Terry Wallis take on the third of the Wild Night Running Trail Series, this was the Burrator Noir 10-miler, he completed it in 1.55.23. Saturdy, December 16, was the fourth in the series Dark Dart Dash. Ali McGrigor took on the hilly and very muddy 5k in the rain, she finished in 39.27 and again managed to win her age category V50, and Terry Wallis took on the 10k distance of the race and finished in 1.01.19.

On Sunday, November 5, Becca Hodge and Marie Jones did the Templer 10-miler which is a multi terrain race. Becca Hodge was first home in 1.27.30 and Marie Jones finished in a respectable 1.34.49. both were happy.

Sunday, November 12, saw three DAAC members travel to Drogo castle to take on the challenging hilly muddy course. The day saw sunshine, rain, wind and hail during the race. First home for DAAC was Ian Sanders in 1.21.25; Ali McGrigor was next in 1.43.47 and Terry Wallis finished in 1.55.26.
